As Director of Mergers & Acquisitions Integration, Véronique Tassart oversees the seamless onboarding of newly acquired companies into the Cinesite group. She ensures smooth transitions into new structures and workflows across global operations, playing a strategic leadership role in the company’s international growth.

Before stepping into her current position, Véronique sharpened her industry expertise as Director of Finance and Operations at Cinesite’s Montreal studio, which she joined in 2017. From her early career at PwC to her years as a controller at Ubisoft, and later as Director of Finance and Operations at Univins and Spiritueux, she has consistently stood out for her discipline, sharp business acumen, and ability to navigate complex environments, making her a key asset to every organization she has been part of.

A well-known and active figure in the creative industry, Véronique has taken part in numerous high-profile events in recent years, including at the National Assembly and the Canadian Club of Montreal. She was a featured panelist at “Quebec’s Creative Industry: A Driver of Wealth and Innovation, at Home and Abroad,” where she spoke alongside other industry leaders to advocate for the importance of tax credits in supporting Quebec’s animation and VFX sectors.

Véronique holds a degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal and is a member of the Quebec CPA Order. She is now officially a member of the Board of Directors of the Bureau du cinéma et de la télévision du Québec (BCTQ) for animation. In this role, she will help represent Quebec’s animation industry, advocate for key challenges, and promote the talent that makes the province a global leader in VFX and animation.
