Stephanie’s distinguished career is built upon a foundation of exceptional organisation, proactive problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail. Before stepping into her supervisory role, she honed her craft as a rigger and then a lead rigger, where she was instrumental in overseeing the rigging department, training new talent, and collaborating across technical and artistic departments to ensure all rigs met exacting show requirements. This deep technical background, combined with her certifications in ‘AI for Development’ from IBM and ‘AI Strategy’ from Lund University, provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the evolving landscape of animation production.
