Sashka Jankovska
Chief HR Officer
Building a happy and secure team is critical to the success of Cinesite and Sashka’s broad remit sees her overseeing the HR function across the whole group. “People are the heart of what we do,” she stresses, “and supporting a positive working environment and the team on a personal level is absolutely essential.”
On a practical level, Sashka ensures that Company policies, practices and ways of working are as aligned between divisions as possible. She is involved in recruitment strategies, training and development, and committed to nurturing a culture where employees can grow and develop professionally. Sashka is a member of the Senior Management team and has been with Cinesite since 2012.
Sashka is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and holds a Masters degree in Employment Law from Leicester University.
