Sara Khangaroot Rust was born in London, England. After graduating from the University of Roehampton & Surrey with a BA (Hons) in Film, she worked in gaming & animation before moving into the ever-evolving world of Visual Effects.

With over 15 years in the Film, animation and VFX industry, Sara has delivered an array of titles for major studios including Sony Pictures, Marvel, Paramount, Universal, Warner Bros, Amazon, Apple, HBO & Netflix with budgets ranging from $1M to $60M USD. Sara thrives in high-pressure environments where balancing creativity and efficiency is key. Building and maintaining strong relationships with connections globally and helping to secure new business, Sara brings precision, passion, and a collaborative spirit to every project and client.
