Responsible for the smooth running of every production she works on, Randa is adept at managing large visual effects teams whilst communicating clearly and effectively with clients and studios.
Having initially studied film in her home country of Lebanon, Randa received a full scholarship for a Film Studies degree in the US at Montana State University. Her career began back in Beirut, Lebanon, in scripted and unscripted television, as a 2nd assistant Director and freelance Assistant Director. Following a relocation to Quebec, Randa joined MPC in 2014 to work in visual effects for the first time. Over the following seven years, she held positions, in both Canada and London, including VFX Production Manager, VFX Digital Producer, Character Lab Producer and VFX Producer. During this time, Randa’s credits include The One and Only Ivan, which was nominated for both an Academy Award and a BAFTA, and Alien: Covenant.
Randa cites her time as Character Lab Producer as one of the stand-out positions of her career so far.
“Working with a team creating everything from deep sea monsters to talking furry animals and even giant fighting robots was one of my most rewarding experiences. During that time, I gained valuable insight into the early development phase of productions, collaborating closely with the art department and concept teams.”
During this time, Randa’s credits include character development for Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers, Pinocchio, and Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, amongst others.
Since 2021, Randa has delivered visual effects for notable shows including Ridley Scott’s Napoleon, Citadel, See and the third season of The Boys. With Cinesite, Randa oversaw work on the Amazon Studios’ 2025 action thriller, G20 and The Witcher’s fourth season.
