As CFO of Cinesite, Duncan has overall financial responsibility for the group’s operations and 20 years’ experience in film finance.  

Prior to joining Cinesite, Duncan spent five years as Head of Finance for Mill Digital Media Ltd (MDM) and its various subsidiaries. MDM was the parent company that was jointly owned by 3i plc, the venture capitalists, and Management.  Mill Digital Media’s businesses include The Mill (Leaders in visual effects for TV Commercials), Mill Film (Oscar winning facility for film special effects on Gladiator) and Beam TV (The Mill’s advertising website to facilitate the advertising post production workflow).

With over ten years’ experience in film finance, Duncan’s expertise includes both project and company-based accounting.  He has a great deal of experience providing and communicating management information to assist in commercial decision-making.
