Connie Nartonis Thompson is a film producer with extensive experience in building and managing creative production teams, scheduling, budgeting and delivering projects from inception through completion.

Connie began her career in TV in 1992 on MTV’s Beavis & Butt-Head and The Ren & Stimpy Show. In 1997, she moved from television to features, working for ten years at Disney, before periods at Illumination/Universal, Paramount, Laika, and Warner Brothers. She has worked on Fantasia 2000, Tangled, Frozen, Despicable Me 2, Missing Link, Space Jam: A New Legacy and DC Super Pets as well as many others. In 2009 she was associate producer on Tim Burton’s Frankenweenie, working with famed producers Allison Abbate and Don Hahn. She also worked on several documentary films with Don Hahn’s Stone Circle Pictures, where they produced Waking Sleeping Beauty, DisneyNature’s Oceans, Earth, and African Cats.

In 2021, Connie joined Cinesite, moving to London where she produced the company’s animation for the groundbreaking Disney series Iwájù. She has also produced George Orwell’s Animal Farm in 2025 with director Andy Serkis.

Connie studied art history and studio art at Principia College, graduating in 1989. She currently lives in Hollywood with her husband, novelist CJ Carrington.
