She embarked on her journey as a runner in a small commercial studio then moved on to be a Matchmove Artist for MPC in 2007. Over the years, she worked in industry leading studios such as MPC, Framestore, Cinesite, PrimeFocus, Animal Logic, DNEG, and Method.

She joined Cinesite Montreal as Matchmove Layout Head of Department in 2016  then again in 2018 as CG Supervisor, bringing over 18 years of experience. She leaned on her passion for cameras and recreating onset digital environments to successfully lend her talent to projects such as Avengers: Infinity War, Ant-Man and the Wasp, The Mandalorian, Dredd,  Harry Potter and more.

Suzie has spent the majority of her career studying and understanding virtual cameras and onset production workflows. Notably, she spent a summer in  Italy  as an onset data wrangler for Cinesite capturing  Ferraris  zooming around Lake Como for Murder Mystery. One of her career highlights includes working on the Quentin Tarantino movie, The Hateful Eight, shot on an old Panavision, Panaflex 65mm film, the film brought on its own challenges.

Suzie believes that all VFX artists  should understand where the images come from and how different camera/lens choices affect that image. She is passionate about teaching and managing large teams which results in artists growing in their own right.

When Suzie is not working, she enjoys mastering the craft of photography, being outdoors and cycling.
