In 2025, Nathalie’s most recent roster of credits have included overseeing Cinesite’s Montreal team for Netflix’s The Witcher season 4 and Michael, Lionsgate’s Michael Jackson biopic.
Nathalie’s career is marked by her ability to thrive in dynamic environments and her dedication to excellence. Her background includes running large international departments, where she has led over 225 employees across five departments, including Compositing, Digital Matte Painting, Editorial I/O, RotoPrep, Imaging, and Color.
Her notable achievements include serving as Head of Operations 2D at Rodeo FX, where she significantly enhanced efficiencies through operational AI tools and workflows, such as Foundry’s Nuke Copy Cat AI, which streamlined production processes and reduced costs. Nathalie’s leadership has been recognized with a VES Award for Outstanding Visual Effects in a Special Venue Project in 2012.
Nathalie previously worked with Cinesite as Head of 2D and DFX Supervisor from March 2018 to October 2019, before returning in 2024.
