Cinesite has transitioned to a flexible way of working, embracing workplace shifts spurred by the pandemic.

Going forward, we don’t see remote-working as something that needs to come to an end; we will be embracing it. Our aims are simply to work with the best talent, making the best VFX & animation.  In short, the blended model of working-from-home mixed with working in the studio is here to stay!

This shift will provide Cinesite London, Montreal & Vancouver employees the opportunity to choose how they wish to work moving forwards, with these options:

• HOME BASED to work remotely indefinitely
• HYBRID BASED adopt a hybrid way of working from both home and local studio when possible, while adhering to all local health guidelines
• OFFICE BASED work in-person in the Cinesite studios when possible while adhering to all local health guidelines

Irrespective of the choice Cinesite employees wish to make, we will provide opportunities for the team to connect, including all-team meetings to provide transparency and motivation as well as seasonal opportunities to socialise with colleagues and friends. We will retain our physical offices for employees in London, Montreal and Vancouver for in-person collaboration and special projects.
